Skip 15's

I you find the stiffnes is due to muscle stiffness, then that is, if anything, a good sign.
If it is indeed the joint, I wouldn't skip the 15's come next cycle. You wont get the same kinds of warnings from joints/ligaments as you would from ie. muscles.
When you first feel it, acting on it, is already overdue.
 
Don't think it would stop me from completing the cycle though. But when recomending something, I feel it has to be "the right thing", and not reflect my own stupidity. ;)

And yes, if that's what you usually do, then the cycle would be 6 instad of 8 weeks.
In this case, as any, you could extend the 5's a bit, trying to reach better 5RM's.
