I am searching about SLDL in youtube and see many people bend the knees when they get lower.I believe the kness should be straight. If not it's not about hamstrings, right?

Can you give me a link to watch about this exercise?I can't get very low.I can only go to the point where my back is parallel to the floor.

Also i would like to know what is the average difference in weight lifted between normal deadlift and SLDL.I used to do so many years only normal deadlift and don't know how much weight to put for SLDL.I just need a guideline.I have just started my second HST cycle and want to include this exercise.I can't test my max this moment :/

There is no hard and fast rule about the weight difference between an SLDL and a conventional deadlift.

Knee bend is ok but you should keep your knees bent the same angle throughout and not bend them more as you go down. This is supposed to be safer for the knees.
