Someone please point me in the right direction?

Hello, new here. I am planning on starting an HST routine and have found the maxes for the 15s, but I recently had a cyst removed from my back, and the doc said no exercise for about 2 weeks. I figured I would use this time for the SD, so this means I will not be able to find my maxes for the 10s and 5s. Somewhere on these forums I had seen a thread about finding the 10s and the 5s from the 15s maxes through some simple math, but alas I can no longer find it. Could someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks...
