Just wanted to post this to see what you guys think. I did my last day of 10's yesterday and boy am I sore! Tris, calves, legs all over. Don't get me wrong, I am not upset or worried.
Just found it a bit wierd. When I finished my workout on weds I wasn't really sore at all and the weights I used on fri were not that much heavier (but they were my 10 rep maxes). Maybe it is a delayed reaction to the whole week of 10's???
