sore training

I did my first HST session yesterday (monday) and my next session will be on wednesday. Today I'm sore but tomorrow i'm not sure if i'll be sore or not. Should I train even if i'm sore on wednesday?

If you have some DOMS (delayed on-set muscle soreness), and you probably should coming off an SD, then by all means go ahead!

Generally you can still train if you are sore. What you should be able to distinguish is if it's an injury or not. If it's just run of the mill DOMS, then no problem. But if what you are feeling is an injury coming on, stop. Should be pretty easy to differentiate, so I'm betting you can go ahead unless that's suddenly an injury.
