J Jester Well-Known Member Nov 14, 2005 #4 Actually, allow me to attempt to solve your problems much more simply: 5x5 the whole shebang This is a Table of Contents for 5x5 topics and the information within. It's all courtesy of the wonderful ppl at Elite Fitness, madcow in particular. Don't try to walk before you crawl. Ideally start: Novice Lifter Version – Single Factor Then onto: 5x5 Main Thread (Bill Starr/Pendlay/Rippetoe) Don't worry about Dual Factor yet.
