Hey guys I noticed that since I have been doing HST and only performing 2 sets per exercise I feel as though I am so accustomed to doing only 2 sets that if I try to do more than that my strength diminishes much quicker than it did when I was training high volume.
For example I am significantly stronger than my friend who trains high volume on the first 2 sets on bench press, but after that I cant keep up anymore....
Do you guys feel like this too or no?
