Looking to start HST, but I would like to focus on just the upper-body. The reason is that on my "off days" I do a lot of running, so I don't want to overwork my lower-body.
I've done some basic weight-lifting before, but I'm still new to it. Are there any experts out there that can suggest a routine for me?
