well I took a week off..and now I am back on 15s...but I hate it....it feels like I get no work in....
I am also on keto..so I burn out easily...
to get to 15 reps the weight is to light..
im thinking of skipping them and going:
10, 10, 8, 8, 6, 5
is that ok to skip them?
