Stopping & Starting

Hi all,

I've had a look through the forums and couldn't find a answer to my question so I thought i'd ask.

I was 3 weeks into my second HST cycle (finished 1st week of 10's) and then missed 2 weeks worth of workouts due to a aussie rules football injury.

I'm starting back in the gym on monday and would like to know what point to start back up again. Should I continue from where I left off or should I start again from workout 1 in the 15 rep range.

Any help would be appreciated.
