Im on week 8 of my 2nd HST cycle doinf 5RM for the next 2 weeks, currently bulking.
Ive found that my strength on most things is pretty much the same as it was last cycle. Im still putting on size but wondering to i need to do something strength based then go back to HST so i can increase my RM's?
