Hello, because that I am stuck in cardio(aerobic progress)... I am based on this:

1.-My pulsations in rest they do not diminish from long ago...

2.-Normaly when towards cardio, the following rest of the day and days tapeworm the very high pulsations in rest. Ever since cardio no longer causes to me that effect no longer I have obtained progresses... maybe my fundations are incorrect but I hope that they help me in this...

Yah, a bit difficult to decipher if you ask me.

Can you elaborate try not to get tangled with english, just do a simple explanation of what you want and we will try to help!

i hope this is understable now. since i don't feel the metabolic cardio effect, the next days after the training i don't make any progress (i'm based on in the diminishing of the heart pulsations in rest, as indicator of the progress). i increased the demand and intensity and it didn't work.

A.) Are you increasing in cardio ability?
B.) Are you really pushing your cardio or just cruising along?
C.) Maybe you have a good resting pulse rate that cannot improve much. In that case you will have to use A.) as an improvement guide rather than the resting rate.

Whilst Quad is on track there, I stil fail to grasp your intentional goals!

Are wanting to get more out of your cardio?
What are you currently doing?
Are you doing conventional cardio or HIIT type cardio?
Are you wanting to improve your resting pulse rate or your VO2 Max?

personally I don't think this is the indicator you should be using for progress, although i am not an "expert" on this field I can immediatelly tell you that heart rates will not improve quickly, VO2 max (ability to absorb oxygen under strenuous exercise)however can improve a lot faster and with that eventually your heart rate will improve some!

Many of us prefer to use either HIIT or the Tabata variant which ends up being much more effective in the long run than your traditional cardio approach!

Hope this is zeroing more onto what you need!

i've done a bit of everything; high/low demand intensity, etc.

I read it in documents with medical reference

I tested another way to trained today and functioned, but thanks anyway, I think that was a simple "stuck aconditioning" to a particular mixed demand and intensity.
