so, im thinking of giving dips for chest a shot again, and was wondering if i should swap them out mid cycle. im almost done with 10s now. wich means i can hit them for my 10rm, then go to 5's. or should i just stick with my bench and incline bench, i think i would do the slight incline and dips if i did change.
