I am not a fan of T-Mag. I consider them a bunch of useless supplement pushers that have a bunch of scam writers with recognizable names that always end their latest once-per-week super dupper double daily split of 30 sets per muscle group with a statement indicating it will only work if you take Biotest XYZ.

I am on their mailing list as I was a contributor when they first started years ago as Testosterone Nation and had some decent material. Once in a while I will open their weekly mag and scan the list of articles and authors and shake my head. Today was different. I actually found an article worth reading. While I may not agree with some of the weird exercise selections, I agree with the concept and personally concluded a very successfull 6 week super high frequency lat specialization somewhat along the lines discussed. Anyway, it is worh a read:

There was also another short article that I thought was quite humorous and worth a 2 minute read:

It also reminds me of some of the talking heads on TV and radio. Thankfully they haven't invaded HSTville. LOL

From the second article,

"Other signs: he places no value on anecdotal evidence."

lol, like bosu ball curls are good for proprioception. Or most of broscience.

But still a pretty humorous article.
