The weights selected for the next HST cycle

Let's say I have ended my HST with 3x5 in a certain exercise with 120 Kg and after extending the program with 2 more weeks on 3x5 i managed to go up to 125 Kg.

For the next HST cycle the weight i will choose to be my 5 rep max(as a baseline for calculations) will be 125 Kg or more(130 Kg)?
 
If 125 is the highest you could go, then use that as your new 5 RM. If you think you could have gone higher then I would use a day specifically to push to failure on everything and find what your new absolute 5 RM is on everything.
