What's your guys opinions on this? I don't particularly agree with the 2x's protein because I was believed that too much protein becomes useless. Discuss.
The guy's assertion that you should eat more on training days and less on non training days is stupid. You should eat more AFTER training because growth occurs AFTER training. This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my entire life. Breaking down muscle is EXTREMELY inefficient. I don't know where he gets this idea. I didn't bother reading all the rest of it... maybe he had some good points but being dead wrong on two major points kinda ruins it for me.
Yes, I totally agree on that! I didn't agree with how he said you should eat more on training days and less on non-training days. He had some good points though. I wasn't aware cottage cheese was a good source of casein, that was something good I learned within the article. I like posting articles like these on these boards because the members that have been around can show the true statements and the lies that average people can't decipher. I've asked some questions below that I am a little vague about myself. I had some questions on the simple sugars after working out though, he describes it as eating non-fat candy a great way to insert simple sugars. True? When you wake up in the morning should you immediately drink a whey shake then eat your breakfast etc. because your food would be slower absorbing?
