I've been working away a lot lately and as a result I’ve been missing a lot of training.
A month ago when I was training four days a week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) consistently I felt great, however lately, missing four days in a row and having to alter my routine I feel terrible.
I don't know whether this is purely in my head.......is it possible the rest is good for me or is it just bad news?
(PS if anyone knows any non chain gyms around Manchester Piccadilly let me know!)
