Took heavier weight by mistake.

Hi,

what should you do if you by mistake should have taken 30 kg benchpress at the 3. workout, but you took 35?

If it felt right just keep progressing. If it felt a little to heavy for where you should be then just repeat it to get back into your scheduled progression. I’ve done the same thing a couple times myself.
 
Carry on regardless. No need to worry. It won't make any difference in the grand scheme of things. Just keep your progression going as planned. Like grunt said, we've all done this. :)
