Training

Alright,I had extremely sore legs today(due to x-factor most likely) so I wasnt sure if I should have gone or not but my gym closes really early so i decided I could simply just for 4 times this coming week.
 
ummm yeah, you should...if you are just sore from working out.

If you don't train while sore, you'll just get to lift once a week. That would really suck now wouldn't it.

It's still ok to train if it's super sore, and even if it's super duper sore; but if it's like...super duper double dooper sore
