I could not find the thread that I wanted to add this into, so here I am. Most of you know my background. Regardless, here are the #'s before, during, and currently with some slight explanation.
The results...
2/1/05: 215 @ 21% = 170 lbm
(I then went on an extreme cut and lost muscle...)
7/1/05: 181 @ 14% = 156 lbm
(this is when I started HST and slowly bulked..)
9/1/06: 212 @ 12.2% = 186 lbm
(then I gained some fat while having two surgeries and being sick..)
2/1/07: 233 @ 14.8% = 199 lbm
(two days early, big deal..)
All in all, it's about 30 lbs of muscle in 2 years. From my understanding, people can gain up to 15 lbs (or even more?) of muscle per year w/o AAS.
From point A to point B in two years, it looks consistent and accepted. The misleading part is when I compare from when I started HST to now. I then have to explain the huge cut I underwent during that spring and how I gained quickly due to mostly muscle memory and not HST.
However, HST has gave me a net gain of 30 lbs of muscle within 2 years; and that's a fact.
Now it is time for my 2nd cut in as many years...
Thanks for reading,
Colby
