My second workout in the 10s should be today, but I have a stomach bug. Can't hold any food in! So much for eating big, eh? Hopefully, 24 hours without food will starve it out of me. Take the day off, and hit it again tomorrow!

Go easy while you handling it! If you get on antibiotics maybe step backa little once you start again, but JV's right!

It was a stomach virus. The whole family is going through it. One day of absolute misery, then a few days of the trots.

I was able to resume lifting last night. No real interruption to my cycle. Actually, the day off followed by a lot of eating (catching up on that 24 hour fast) gave me a lot of energy!
 
IF, and a big if, the chicken flu outbreaks this fall, are you guys still going to go to the gym 3 days a week?

seems like a place to pick up the bug and I know with my old HIT style last fall, I had a lowered immune system from over training.

There isn't supposed to be enough vaccine to go around in time.
