Probably other ones out there, but here is an excel I made to help me.

If you guys want any changes let me know.

enable macros to allow the program to reset all fields.

Contained is rep max calculators using different methods..

the HST calculator redone in excel.. and another sheet that will recalculate everything for you next cycle.

all feedback welcome. trying to give a little back for this great website/program.

Theres 2 sheets with 1RM calculators

the 1RM CR uses two of your sets to calculate. i recommend this one if you know 2 of your sets.

you put the weights used in set one and the number of reps you performed
then you put weight used in set 2 and the number of reps you performed

enter the desried number of reps you want (example 10 for 10RM)

it will tell you weight to use.

in the other sheet 1RM enter weight and reps performed

pick whose calculation method you perfer to use, or use the averages i provided.

The weights are lbs or kgs? Thanks in a million

The inc next to each exercise is for weight increments for that exercise/rep range

The % increase increases all the weights by a certain %

Try and find out :)

Oh they stack :) Thanks in a million :) for this wonderful tool to keep me motivated can't wait to field test this baby :)

waitttt, lol, what is the enter a fraction of 1RM in the 1RM CR? thousand of apologies >.<
