lets say someones workout is 3x 5 and he does 8 exercises for 8 bodyparts
can he do, exercise one (1 set), then 2, 3 , 4 etc. without resting? and then repeat that two more times?
so basically he does his full body workout 3 times. with one set
instead of 1 time with 3 sets..
