Upper/Lower Split

I am pretty well versed in the vanilla HST set-up (ie; 3x a week, full body training, progressive overload, etc, etc).

However, I was wondering how one would go about setting up a 4x a week upper/lower program using HST principes? What would the progression be like in terms of manipulating the rep blocks? I would assume each block would have to be stretched out in order to get in 6 workouts per respective block.

Thanks for any help and if this question is answered somewhere else a simple link would be appreciated.

I wouldn't change anything, keep the progression the same and your cycle will just last longer (i.e. you're progressing your weights twice a week rather than three times).
