volume of 30, 20, 15 ok?

Sure. Volume is not the most important factor so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Once you get into the 5s, you are probably activating most or all of your muscle fibers with each rep, so you will get more reps at full activation than during the 15s anyway.

I see your point here even though you're not completing as many reps u would probably be achieving as many "effective" reps in case of muscle fibres!
