L liegelord New Member Apr 11, 2006 #2 While you should read the FAQ's, yes, HST can be used to cut. Make sure you have a proper diet though. Most guys here increase the frequency to 5-6 days a week when cutting.

Initially cut nutrition 500 to 1000 calories and keep going till you happy! If you do 3x/week then include Cardio-HIIT on off days, and cut only about 500 calories. There is plenty of info if you search though and read the FAQ's.
