Week 7 and 8 Negatives

What alternative should I do on these weeks as I have to train alone and obviously this is very dangerous done alone.
 
Up the weight each workout by whatever you were incrementing by during the 5s until you find your new 5 rep maxes for everything. Record those to use in building your next cycle. Maybe do a week or two of 3s after that.
 
Yep - what totentanz said. I did 2 weeks of 3s and a couple session of 1 rep max testing after the 5s and had a blast lifting loads heavier than I'd ever lifted before. In hindsight, I wish I had done some additional conditioning work during the 5s and 3s, but gaining was my goal so I didn't worry about it.
