hi,

when you 'change' from 15's to 10's and from 10's to 5's, do you increase weight right there ? or do you use the same weight for the last 15's and the first 10's ?

i am not sure about that.

It depends. The goal is to reach your repetition max during the last workout of each rep range. How you progress towards that is up to you and your body. If you increase the weight each work-out, you may find the need to zig-zag. This means lowering the weight at the beginning of a rep range in order to max out at the end. If you don't progress every workout, or your body can handle the increasing loads, your progression can be fairly linear throughout the entire cycle.
