Weight Increases

I'm just about to finish up my first week of 15s. I was wondering though after 1 full cycle what is the general increase you should use for your 1RM to recalculate your 15s , 10s and 5s. Is it a steady 5-10lb increase just like your workout to workout increase?

I would rather test them out, that way you know for sure!

But you can go up 10%, 20 % it really depends on how you feel at the end of a cycle.

If you are using 1 RM as teh gauge, then at the negatives you are basically there, if you can do any of th enegatives without help, then that would be your next gauge.
