what after 6 weeks ?

hello guys, i am new to my hst workout, i will complete my first 2 weeks of 15s, then will switch to 10s for 2 weeks, then to 5s for 2 weeks. then rather then negatives i prefer 5s. so how am i supposed to do those 5s for 7 th & 8 th week.

Sun-Tsu san has it right!

You can either carry on with the 5 RM for another two weeks or increment every three days a little if you can, else just carry on it should be just fine.
 
i do 3sets on the 5s..but on the 7th and 8th wk drop to 2sets and try to go slightly heavier..also on the 8th wk i add in a metabolic set..but as fausto and sun-tsu say you can carry on with your 5rm :D
