what is "Negatives"?

Hello everyone,

this is my first post, tomorrow i will go to the gym after along absence,,, 3 days ago i start to search the net for the most effective (fast and big muscles) workouts,, and by by luck i find your site, for the last 3 days i keep reading and reading about it, and i almost plan my fist cycle,,,

Did any one try to make it 1 week instead of 2 for the 15 RM,10 RM and 5 RM interval? is it ok to do that?

what exactly negatives mean?, how long the period should be? how many reps?
