What is this advanced HST schedule

Yes, I ve been on this forum for 5 mins, and I found an advanced HST shedule. That allows you do 3 days of 15s, 3 days of 12s, 3 days of 10s, and 3 days of 8, with the normal 6 days of 5's. Does this induce more hypertrophy, or is the basic better???. Is there anything more advanced that I should know about?? thanks
