Whats a typical ABs routine?

Hey folks,
I'm about 169lbs, 5'10 and want to gain about 10 lbs and i'll be happy. I was just wondering how to do ABs. What kind of exercise should I do for them and how many different sets?

Also, I am usually tired by the time i finish my workout and find myself skipping abs (which is my last exercise). Is it ok if i just move it over to my cardio days?
 
why not do it first with some reverse hyperextensions that way your core muscles will be stabalised ready for things like squats.

I typically do a full trunk routine twice per week with enough weight that my reps cannot exceed 8-10. The exercises are all for one set:

Seated crunch machine
Decline leg lifts
Side bends on a hyper extension bench
Lower Back Hyperextensions

The workout is done for strength and core stability, not hypertrophy.

I'm sure that there are thousands of other equally acceptable ab routines out there.
