seconed choise:


Squat
stiff leg deadlift
Bench Press
Bent Over BB Rows
Shoulder Press
barbell Curls
Lying Tricep Extensions
abs

maybe without the hands..

what do you think?
 
do you think that i need to add another erxercie for the back?
and its ok to add 1.25 kg every workout?

a vertical pull like chins/pulldowns would be good.
as long as the weight goes up thats all that matters.
