alright... Me again! :p

since I can lift my 15s max for lets say incline curl for bi... its 15... then that would mean 5,5,10,10,15,15.. and probably i'd doing 10,10,10,10,15,15 since 5 is really too low... but then the prob is that my max 10s is 20.. so doing 10,10,15,15,20,20 could it be too much zig-zag or not??? be better to do 15,15,20,20,20,20 or 15,15,15,15,20,20:confused: so on for the 5s (25)... thx!

also, any suggestions to problem related to lifting with machine that use plates.. so the prob is that the plates are going up by 15 (30,45,60,75,90.....) kinda hard to have my max lets 10s for 55 or max 5s for lets say 80...

big thx for ur help!!

For the first question, I don't think it's too much zig zagging. I'd go with the 10,10,15,15,20,20 plan for your 10s you had first.
Second, those machines normally have a little thing to put on extra weight plates. If it has that, then you can add a 5 lb, then next time a 10, then next time you go up to the next weight plate level. If it doesn't have that bar or whatever for extra plates, then I don't know what to say lol.
