Viper, stay away from GNC...you will spend WAY too much money there.
Any brand is fine, I get mine from Sam's club.
Ill keep an eye on this thread and let you know if I have any feedback. IMHO the key to the UD2 is the carb load so be sure to really nail it.

An SD isnt required for the UD2 but as noted in the book it is suggested that you eat at maintenance levels of calories for a week or 2 before you start if you have been dieting before.
However, I believe you were bulking and normally if possible Id suggest a week or 2 at maintenace levels of...
Id eat at your maintenance level of calories while figuring maxes and for SD then move to bulking level of calories once your HST cycle starts...

I'd just limit your cheat days as you are doing and have a day or so every 2 weeks or a month where you do whatever you want and dont even bother tracking anything. Not only is it good for your body but the psychological benefits are HUGE...
