Hi, I can probably count the number of times I have been to the gym on my hands. I am trying to figure out if SLDL refers to straight or stiff legged dead lifts. According to exrx.net, straight legs works the hamstrings, whereas slightly bent knees (stiff legged) works the glutes. I was hoping...
