Just turned 55. 5-11, 280 lb in good health brick and stone mason. Current 1 rep max Gironda style neck press of 300 lbs, Close grip bench same. Following vanilla HST for 4 cycles now. To tell the truth, the 3day a week training is what first appealed to me. Four days is a bit much when you do hard physical labor like I do every day. Also love the structure.
