    Aerobic with 5 x 5

    I am currently in my 3rd week of a single factor 5 x 5 program and wondering if anyone could suggest how to go about adding in some aerobic work. Ive heard that interval training complements it best? I am unsure however of how much to do and when to do it, i dont want to lessen my mass gains...
