    good strength/bulking routine...

    ya ive read a bit about it, but im not clear on a few things....if you guys could answer my questions that would be great :) . so, i pick a bunch of excercises...any i want...then find my max on each for 15 reps, 10 reps, then 5...like on a M/W/F split... then take like 10 days off, then do each...
