Eating on tight schedule

I rarely get breaks at my job so I've been hard pressed to eat correctly on my work days. Is there any reasonably priced foods that I can eat very quickly without the need to reheat? I try getting protein shakes and bars but I am getting sick of them quick.
 
Cottage Cheese, fruit, bagels, milk, and lots of others.

You can't heat them, but can you keep them cold? Because meats like chicken and turkey and such can be eaten cold as sandwich meat.

Personally i have 3 meals a day plus 2 shakes. Breakfast and Dinner i eat at home so lunch, which is at school, must be cold for i cannot heat it.

I just put cottage cheese, fruit, and whole grain bread/bagels in a cooler with an icepack, and down it with a milk. That's my lunch. Tuna sandwiches (on whole grain bread) work great too.
