I've noticed that much of the more advertised and immediately
recognizable ephedrine fat burners such as STACKER have the
worst reputations for efficiency. I would like to sincerely ask
for a bit of advice as to how i might supplemement fat loss
whilst on my FIRST HST training CYCLE?
I myself am returning to lifting after a long hiatus and have just finished
my first week of 15's. I stand 6'3" at 196. And i really hoped to just gain
more lean body mass while gaining muscle during these HST cycles.
I know DIET is the key, calorie intake versus output; but i am not
familiar nor comfortable using a calorie counting regimine at this
point in time. I EAT CLEAN. no fast foods, sodas, low juices, low fat.
i could and will cut back on carb intake. but all in all my diet is
decent. i also run quite avidly. something i do on off training days.
WITH THIS KNOWN , could any of you recommend an ephedrine
based or similar FAT BURNER. and how could i use that in congruence
with whey protien. possibly any Meal Replacement Packs???
