    I've taken up capoeira. It's a martial art that involves a lot of acrobatic moves, so we do lots of bodyweight pressing both in the moves and as exercises. They are severe enough that you can be pretty sore the next day... so is it ok to do this while doing strategic deconditioning? It's not...

    Calulating Cals, fat, protein and carbs

    Have you checked up www.fitday.com? Their calculator is rather US-centric, but it's very thorough, and you can keep an eating log and will tell you how you're doing. I've found it very helpful.

    getting "full" faster

    Fitday - I just tried it these last couple of days after seeing it recommended here. It totally blew me away. I had no idea how much of my calorie intake came from fat and alcohol, nor what my food intake really added up to. Essentially my intuition has been badly astray. It certainly explained...
