    But higher protein dosn't turn into fat right so eating extra can't harm me just my bank balance which i care nothing for as bodybuilding comes first.     well i'm cutting the protein to around 250 on workout days 220 non workout days and upping the fat intake. breakfeast 40g protein protein pre w/o 30 post w/o 40 1 hour after workout 30g thats 150 which is from 7am - 1pm then 40g protein pre bed which is 11pm leaves me only 70 from 1pm to 11pm...

    Whey Protein

    if it tastes like skim milk then it's probably skim milk powder try mixing it with water see what colour it goes. I get wpi 93% from new zeleand 12$ per kilo i use it for pre and post workout can't really notice the diff in taste when it's mixed with 50g of dextrose.

    What would be the diff between zero sun 30 min sun and 1 hour per day of sun on testosterone levels and training. MY doctor said i need 1 hour of sun a day , but was that full body sun just the face and arms or just hang out my balls in the sun heh :)

    high protein can cause constipation ? i do 340g protein a day on workout days and 280 on non workout days. according to the websites i see oatmeal is around 7.5g fibre per 100g which is around 57carbs so thats like 20 fibre from oatmeal. How much fibre do i need per day ?

    Hows it mess up training ? my training sessions have all been perfect . oh yeh i have frozen peas and corn :) baked beans have them too. lettuce and tomato.     Nah it simplifys it for me as i don't have to eat a specific amount at a specific time each time and can just eat whenever and wouldn't need to prepare many meals all day long . It takes like 5 seconds to right it on a notepad MY current eating scheme is failing me this would be much better.
