    I'm in the process of sorting out an HST routine, which i'll be commencing on return from my holidays. Quick question - what will be the effect of using 6 rep sets instead of 5 on the last 2/4 weeks of my first cycle? Is this advisable, or shall I just stick to 5? Cheers
