Was doing some physiology research and came across info on adrenal fatigue brought on by life stress, vigorous exercise (like HST), overuse of stimulants (caffeine, ephedrine, etc.). One of the treatments for adrenal fatigue is taking adrenal glandular concentrates which can be bought at any health food store and are fairly cheap compared to other supplements. I got a bottle and will report if the stuff helps with recovery. Any of you older HST'ers out there heard of or tried these?
