B15 increases protein synthesis

B15 increases protein synthesis according to Russians. What do you think? Should I get it?

Also, vit C, although reduces hypertrophy, aids collagen formation. I suppose this would help protect tendons from injury?

non-essential in humans, so its dubious being called a vitamin.
I couldnt find anything on protein synthesis, but a few studies that showed no real effect on performance

also vitamin C and tendons, it only effects tendons etc in the case of deficiency
