"Energy expenditure chases energy intake and vice versa." O RLY?That`s where I stopped reading. The shitty 10% adaptation that actually occurs with overfeeding wouldn`t qualify for a chasing it reaction. Whenever Berardi actually tries to invent something, run-he`s a moron when it comes to that.
