You could buy bulk ginger powder from grocery wholesalers.
You might also wish to mix the ginger with turmeric.
Which reminds me, I am out of oregano
As for dose standardization, you'd probably have to send the powders to a lab for analysis, but if that's not an issue, then simply swallow as much ginger and turmeric powder as you can stomach.
They do work to decrease inflammation, but if derived from natural food you must take very large amounts.
