yeah, but before or after the cardio after workout....since im working out on 6 days...doing cardio on off days is not possible...since a get up at 5.30 or 6, doing cardio in the morning is neither...
You might try and bring along a whey shake with a little dextrose for any workout lasting longer than around an hour or so, as AA levels begin to drop 1 hr after injesting. Bryan briefly mentions something about this in the FAQ but I am not sure what thread it is in. He says to just sip on it and then take the post WO shake as recommended.
